Ash Robinson appointed FIT4MOM’s Chief Executive Officer

Expanding its executive team by adding four new positions to its senior team, FIT4MOM – the world’s largest wellness company with programs exclusively and thoughtfully designed for moms – continues its impressive growth. Following months of consulting with the company and seeing strong advancements financially and culturally, Ash Robinson has been hired as chief executive officer. In a new position to the company, Whitney Benjamin has been hired as senior director of content and product, while Farel Bischoff Hruska has been promoted to global fitness director and Erin Rymsa has been promoted to vice president of franchise operations.
Entering its 15th year in business, FIT4MOM’s chief founding mom Lisa Druxman realized it was times to evolve the business and her role. That in order for the company to reach its mission of serving one million moms, she needed a CEO and senior team who understood the market space of the modern mom, how to reach her and how to successfully scale the business. Druxman is evolving her role to focus on developing FIT4MOM’s expanding instructor and franchise teams, developing new product lines and direct to consumer verticals, and touring the company’s various locations throughout the country.

As CEO, Robinson brings a perfect blend of franchise business ownership and COO experience, having grown her own 50-unit franchise brand which was acquired by Kidville in 2009, where she was brought on to lead the company. While Robinson was COO for Kidville, Inc, she provided executive leadership of its franchise division, supporting the overall growth of the consumer brand, and inspired a culture of collaboration and results. The company was rooted in early childhood education and marketing to moms in the same stage of life as FIT4MOM clients.

The talent at the helm of FIT4MOM is rounded out with newly named global fitness director Hruska, who has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and is one of the most accredited and experienced trainers in the prenatal and postnatal industry. She has been with FIT4MOM since the beginning, and leads the development and training of the company’s 3,000+ instructors. Also a veteran to the team, but in a new role, is VP of franchise operations Rymsa. She brings more than 15 years of experience in program development and training in the private and public sector and will oversee all franchisee initiatives from their onboarding to their ongoing success and training, while managing operations for the entire company.
Benjamin, a wellness marketing industry veteran, has been hired to the new position of senior director of content and product, where she oversees all aspects of FIT4MOM’s product and service offerings, in addition to branding and marketing. Benjamin is helping to shape how the story of FIT4MOM is told and ensuring the company’s products and programs truly deliver on making mamas healthier and happier.
